Ingredients: 100% Roasted Arabica Coffee Beans
The rainy season results in beautiful cherries, and the clear dry season during harvest allows producers to sundry coffees once they are washed. The high-altitude weather, rich clay soil, and warm sun ensure that the integrity and quality of the beans are preserved from start to finish. Two primary producers contributed to this lot, Silvestre Vasquez and Joel Lopez. Silvestre is always pushing for better quality and has expanded his farm into higher altitudes of a mountain called Pico Congolon which is surrounded by the Reserva Biologica de Opalaca and Reserva Biologica Volcan Pacavita. Joel Lopez is a fourth-generation coffee producer. He runs the farm Los Lesquines, where his family began growing coffee in 1865. The farm produces mainly Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties, with a total of 67 hectares in production. This Central American coffee is a classic. It has a medium body and bright acidity, making it a great option for a balanced and powerful espresso. It also blends well with milk if you enjoy lattes or coffee with cream. Honduras Pacavita is certified USDA organic and has tasting notes of rich milk chocolate and almond with complementing bright notes of citrus and a juicy body. Are you drooling yet? This is one of the favorites that we always have in the cafe.

Arabic Coffee
The technique of preparation and tastes is described for Arabic coffee instead of the kind of roast beans. Arabic coffee is unfiltered, boiling coffee that is served black. Sugar isn't usually added, but if it is, it can be done at any time throughout the preparation or serving. It's served in a finjn, a little delicate cup with no handles. The coffee is occasionally transferred to Della, a larger and more attractive pour pitcher for serving in front of the visitors. Unlike Turkish coffee, traditional Arabic coffee is typically unpasteurized (qahwah saada), with its roots in Bedouin culture, but can be added to sugar according to drinker's desire
Our Special Macha Collection
It's packed with "umami" (a Japanese term for elegant taste, savoury deliciousness and also the fifth scientific taste, along with sweet, sour, salty and bitter). The first vegetal/earthy flavour is followed by mellow sweetness that lingers in the tongue like a good wine, with a rich scent that quickly makes you feel fresh.
